Pinball Warehouse Role: Design & Code / Freelance / 2004
The Pinball Warehouse of Wakefield MA sells, you guessed it: pinball machines. I created the site design and logo, as well as a back-end administration program. Fun fact: I bartered a pinball machine in trade for the work on this site.
Neighborhood Scout Business Cards Role: Design
A collection of cards I designed for Neighborhood Scout. The first set shows the front of the card, with contact information and logo. The second set shows choices for the back of the card. The reason for putting something on the back of the card was to help to make it out from a pile of business cards.
Neighborhood Scout "Find a Realtor" Redesign Role: Design / UI
I joined Neighborhood Scout after the site was designed and live. So my responsibilities included evaluating exiting pages, cleaning up code, and where necessary, redesigning the page.
The "Find a Realtor page" was a revenue generating page that wasn't converting as well as desired. I simplified it, removing extraneous text, and making the process appear much simpler and clearer. I also took this as an opportunity to give a some subtle depth to the elements on the page (which we were planning on incorporating in other elements of the site in the near future).
